I'm new to this game.

What are essences for? What do they do? I found 3 different essences during islands exploring, but I don't really know what to do with them, can someone clarify this please?

The essences are from the current event. They are rare to find and you can use them to craft certain items wich you need to complete the tasks to get a Kami (a new species on BeastKeeper)
