You've probably already noticed, but it's possible to set up trade requests for buildings.

It seems that all items including buildings and test items are available in the second dropdown.
Could you please cancel the exchange while we're fixing this issue? :)

Cancelled.
I assume that items such as Boiler and Blue Paintbrush are also unavailable, so I'll go ahead and remove those too. (Though I suppose those could be old event items that I don't know about...)
