I was wondering if anyone knows what this 'Essence of Famine' is? I need it to make the scales for his quest :x

Also, I need alot of help with battle field, I have read everything I can find about it but I still know nothing. I tried it for a little while but I had no clue what I'm doing. I would like to know how I should build my squad, what are good things to have. I have 2 level 50 symurghs GP1 but I don't know what else to have.

Otherwise, I have everything else. I am really afraid I am going to miss out on this advent because of my poor knowledge of the battlefield D: ALSO. When I get to the crimson tree, do I PM the person occupying the spot, ask how they are and if I could take over the spot when they have had their 10 hours? Or is it rude and childish? I don't know, I just want to make sure.

Essence of Famine is a special item that can be obtained through Explore (treasure chests, beast temples, GP castles) or from Random Box. You can use Astrologist building to increase the chance of finding special items like essences.

As for the battlefield and PMing other players, you can utilize this thread where players have posted their time for keeping the portal, or create a similar one specially for this event. I think that many players will support you here because it will be easier to get more Kami this way :)

I have an essense of famine. I found one in a treasure chest on the island map.
