I thought I used to be able to hire three mammal catchers - recently I've noticed that I can only hire two. Today, I can only hire one. Why is this?
Note: I have ten licenses and 31/50 pets in my stable, so that's not the cause.

Maybe a stupid question, but when you're on the Capture Wild Pets page, next to the map where it lists your catchers - could it be you need to rehire a mammal catcher? If it says Mammal Catcher x1 you need to click on the Hire one for 200 link underneath, since you need the Licenses for them but also the actual personnel.
