Soapshrooms seem to be either an item found very rarely in Explore, or only found in Explore if the pet is level 20+. The only times I have found it is on my level 20+ pets. Could just be my terrible luck but thought it was worth the input. :3

Thanks! I guess I'll work on leveling my highest pets.
EDIT!
For the record, my white, deaf, male, level 5 unicorn found a soapshroom. It must just be rare.
