When i use any person other than an observer i can use only one, and observers are the only option when i click any other spot and allows me to use more observers then i already have and goes to negetive amounts.

How many licenses do you have? And how many free stable places? Please remember that you need to have one license and one free stable place for every catcher that you send except observers.
