I'm brand new so I may just be confused, but while trying to buyout a pet on Trades I only see the option to bid.  The pet I wanted to buy out had a buyout price, too. 

I tried this a couple of times.  I'm using Firefox.

We do not have buyout button. You just need to bid for the buyout price to get the pet or item instantly.
