The pet is moving, but the image is stuck, making it difficult to acually locate the pet on the map.

Did you try to reload the page? What was the result?

Unfortunately, we can't help when the connection is terminated from client side because of the problems with internet. Explore map requires stable connection both on load and on every pet move or battle.
