So when I go to explore, it doesn't freeze, but it shows the arrow and just waits for 10 secs plus before it actually moves.
And when I go to PM someone it shows all the coding for a few seconds + sometimes I can even type in it before it loads.

I get that too, but I figured it was our Internet/wifi service. But I might be wrong.
