So, I have rather low storage space, and I find that I often don't have enough room for things. Because of this, anyone who's been on for less than a month may pick a number between 1 and 20, and when I need more room, I'll randomly pick a number and send them some material. The amounts may be a bit small some times, but I should be giving them away fairly often.

If it helps, there's this lovely website which rolls digital dice, capable of randomly picking from any number you could choose (the standards are d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20, and d100, but there's a box where you can type in your own number). http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm In case that makes it easier on you :)
