This isn't exactly a bug, but more something that I think could be improved.

When I went exploring with one pet I decided to check the stats of another pet. When I went back to the tab with Explore, it said that the pet had changed, so Explore had been exited. I was glad to see that on my susequent visit to Explore with the first pet it resumed where it had left off, I still find it annoying. I think it would work better if you had to check a box or something to change pets, rather than it happening automatically.

There are 2 models of making the pet active. The first one by "Make active" button (the one you're talking about) and the second one is automatic which we're using. At the project planning stage we chose the automatic model because it can save a lot of clicks though it's less popular at the other similar pet sites. Rewriting it right now means rewriting the whole project and will take a huge amount of time and stop the project development.
