I think my favorite questionable quest is the Sculpter looking for a Cockatrice with Petrifying Gaze. And maybe the Municipal Pound looking for pets... lol.

On a serious note, its just flavor text, and none of it actually matters.

Edit: Adding in the Falconer looking for White Gyrfalcon Rocs to help with training - Since mythologic Rocs are supposed to be the size of ships.

Warlocks aren't bad actually :) Though their methods aren't approved by the majority. But when they are looking for a pet through the state service, they will return it safe and sound to the owner. It's more trouble than it is worth to break the contract rules in this case.

It's a bit easier with Municipal Pound. You may have noticed that they are usually looking for females. The explanation is that they are looking for foster mothers to help nurturing the little orphans.
