TamerSue97, I suppose you're wondering why your skin wasn't approved. The reason is the heavy pixelization of the outline. I'll gladly approve the skin if you fix this problem.
P.S. I'll repost the skin here for other users to see it in big size :)

That is an intersting unicorn. What program are you working in? You might have had antialiasing turned off when outputing your png. If there is an option for that to check when saving, that might fix the problem.
