Is it possible to sell items you find when you explore to the state store?

Yes, you can trade them at auctions. Go to the Trading tab and click "Item Trades". Then at the top of the page there will be a green button that says "create lot". From this page you can set up an auction for your items. You can also sell directly to users with their consent, this is done through the inventory page. There is no "user shop" however. I hope that helped!!

No, you can't sell to the State Store. Nightingale listed all the options you can sell things through.
