Rubies are needed for Ruby Rings and for Penants, which in turn are used in the construction of Townhall lvl 2 and 3, respectively. You can see yourself which resources are needed for what here: http://beastkeeper.com/recipes-list

Why are you bumping this? If you're trying to get people to send you materials, you might want to try putting what you need into your siggy - also it might be good to say you're willing to buy materials. Asking for handouts is not really the way to go.

Also try not to make multiple posts. If you wish to say something after you've already posted there is an edit post button you can modify your previous post. Generally try not to make more than one post in a row. I believe I recall seeing somewhere that bumping is considered spam and an unnecessary post. Try to avoid clutter.
