I have a gp grade 1 pure black feml puma that has dom normal paws and res silent pace, but doesn't have a green stat for agility.

Silent Pace doesnt give bonus to agility points. I have a puma with dom silent pace if you want to look at what I mean :)

but doesn`t it being genetic give a pedigree bonus of 10 points

Its due to dystrophy - The amount of agi lost due to dystrophy is exactly the same as the amount gained due to genetic power, so the result shows normal black.
