What in the world was this for? And I assume its the extra 10gold coins I found on my account? I am so close to getting another month of premium :D

While we are still in Beta you have a premium account. "You have a premium subscription until the end of Beta test."
For every 10 uses for a skin that you submitted you receive 10 gold coins. I'm assuming that is where got it from...
