This is the same bug which caused double pregnancy and stucking in trades. It concerns all states and we still don't have any clue about its cause. Something is removing the pet state and it becomes posibble to add any other state to the same pet. This means that pet can have 2 activities at the same time. We will be very grateful if you will notice and report what action removes the state from pets. We tried to reproduce this bug ourselves many time but still have no luck.

i can't remember whether i did the same with the previous one or not, but in the case of this one, i think it's because i clicked on train and then decided to cancel it, and for some reason, it enabled me to do other things with her, but didn't actually cancel the training
