I seem to be unable to do this quest for some reason and I'm not sure why. 

Conclave of Warlocks is looking for a black Unicorn with high intuition (37) for a mystic ceremony
Reward: 3500

Barnbunny, Normal pattern dominant gene isn't researched for this pet. This quest looks for a specific coat color, not for black color gene only.
