I really need an extra 100-150 of both wood and clay. I can't trade silver for it, but I have other resources like stone, shell, cuttlefish ink, sanctuary blueprints and a cockatrice magician invite among other things.

30s each for wood, 20s for the clay? Could that work?

I can afford the 3K for the clay, but I'm not sure I could stretch to 4.5K for the wood. I do have sanctuary blueprints you could sell if that would bring the price on the wood down a little?
