I have worked on some things and I was wondering if they would work Im not saying these are the ones im going to post but the style and stuff feedback is great

The pixelization will be smoothed after resize, it's not a problem if you work with such size. Personally I prefer to work with big sizes too instead of fiddling with pixels :)
Several tech side notices which can affect the approval:
1. Artworks like this and this have problems with stray pixels.
2. This one has a problem with unfilled areas near the outline.
3. This one is too blurry even for our 350px.
4. I see that you're basing your works on the references, please make sure that they're free or under Creative Commons or similar license.
