Im not sure if this is a bug,but I have 2xwhie tailed kites,of which I cant find on the list of skins,Are these white tailed hawks?

Yes, that is the combination of Bird of Prey (90 power) and white (90 power) -- making it the most dominant combination possible. I think the word Kite is just a typo since the Black + Bird of Prey = Black Kite
So yes, they are infact White-Tailed Hawks.
