One of my quests today is asking for a Reptile with courage of at least 36 and is Descendant of Heroes in 1 or more generations. I have two dragons that should qualify for the quest, as their stats are high enough, and they do indeed have Genetic Power:

But as the screenshot shows, I cannot select them for this quest.
