How much are you looking to get for the gryphon? 300-ish silver or a lot higher than that?

Updated, more have been caught but I'm waiting for their stats to show before I put them up.  check out my no group tab for them and let me know if you'd like me to reserve one that is being tamed.  I'll note down your name and message you when the pet is tamed so you can take a look at it's stats and decide if you want it.
