I thought I'd better check this beforehand, just to be safe. If someone you are sharing an I.P address with (shared computer, different e-mail) wants to make a beastkeeper account, can they use your referral link, or would that be too close to fraudulent use for gold?

They can use your referral, but make sure there's no benefit for one of the accounts. Or I'll steal your cookie.
Also, if you pretend you have 17 sisters in order of getting gold... We'll catch you.
