I was exploring with a female puma and noticed that on her page under effects it said:
Pregnancy: 2hours 11 mins
Since it did not say anywhere else that she was pregnant I think there must be a bit of a bug.

We set her status to Pregnant to avoid further glitches, everything should be ok on your side now.
Can you please try to remember did you put this Puma up for breeding or did she went pregnant without mating?

I thought I had bred her last night to one of my own studs.
