Just thought I'd post this bug up. I don't think it's right that an item that costs 1k in the regular shop sells for 5k in the magic shop. It shouldn't even appear in the magic shop since it's not a premium item.

This just happened to me again. So, it hasn't been fixed...

It popped up in the beast temple for me, so it's coded as a premium - kind of a bummer.
But then again, the four overpriced blueprints in the gen store are premium-status too.

Magic Shop items and items from the Beast Temple aren't premium only. The Grey Jar will be removed from the Magic Shop with the next update.
