they aren't supposed to... theyre rare so people keep them or trade them if they have duplicates. it was their an accident by the owner or they just decided to quit lol

Actually, I found this ONE player who had, like 15 deviants, all of them in the pound, spent 15 days getting them all, LOL and randomly I found a deviant in the pound, Natarro.
