I'd say granite is 1000s and verm is 750s. Granite is very hard to find, maybe one every two islands, whereas vermillion is not as hard to obtain.

Also, wood is harder to find than clay, clay is harder to find than stone. wood would be 150s, clay is 75s, and stone is 50s.
