If you ever go to the State store you'll notice that it has Stables lvl 2 and Military academy lvl 2 and Warehouse lvl 2 and Townhall lvl 2 and Ridinghall lvl 1 and so forth.

My suggestion is when you go to the Store, it will have the items you need at the levels you need. Ex: You currently have a lvl 4 Stable but no one has a Stable lvl 5 and you don't have enough gold coins to purchase a Expand stable scroll and your nearing the limit of your stables.

If Angel sgrees to my suggestion, that person won't have a problem execpt the fact they may or may not have enough silver to purchase it or enough items to build it. But that problem can be solved unlike the fact that a Stables lvl 5 and other higher levels of buildings are so hard to find, its like trying to find a needle in a haystack. If you can go to the State store and purchase it, it makes it soo much easier for most people. But of course, it will be a hefty price to buy it.
