Some other features that are time sensitive (fatigue, pregnant, etc) have a countdown timer to let you know how much longer you have to wait to use the animal again.
It would be nice to have the same kind of timer on the pound so we know how much longer we have to wait to be able to use it again.
I understand breeding is a better way to get animals, but the pound seems like a fun part of the game. And some of us live to rescue lost causes from the pound.

Actually if you look at the time at the top right of the site, rollover is at 0:00
So you can dive into the pound straight after rollover and adopt again :)
