I was following this quest guide (https://beastkeeper.com/thread/5701) and it says cockatrice were an option for the "flying animal" requirement, so I bought this one (https://beastkeeper.com/pet/1367894) for the quest. However, the pet isn't showing up, and I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug, or if the guide is wrong.

The quest in question is: "Influential Townsman is looking for an agile (89) and brave (95) Flying Animal for an important journey"

Hello, I have the same problem and it happened for the second time.

Today I have this quest:

You don't have a pet which meets quest criteria!"

But I do have this boy: https://beastkeeper.com/pet/1410737 with all genetics researched. However, just like the case above, the pet doesn't show.

The other time it asked me for a "black uni descendant of heroes in 2 or more generations" and although I bought that one with GP3* it didn't count either... What's wrong with Vader?? :(

He is a deviant - see the star next to his colour? Deviants rock and are awesome, but for some reason aren't accepted for colour quests.

He's a "normal" type deviant so there's no visible change.
