I have a Throdama that I have taken the time to go and win the 50 battles to change their Morph and it says ready to use but how do I use that and change their morph from worker to warrior?

You have to use the pheromones on the mother when she is pregnant and the baby will have the morph. This thread explains how it works: https://beastkeeper.com/thread/11842
