It says to defeat all guardian monsters, but I don’t know the difference between guardian monsters and normals ones?? And im not sure how to find them either.

Ok, look at the monsters on the map. Each treasure chest has a red monster in front of it. Those are guardians.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
