On two separate island excursion, my pets found the scheme for an energy portal cell, & charged sticks. When I opted to "use" item, they're nowhere to be found in my crafts & construction tabs.

Hi. This is because they are Tundra items, and they can only be constructed during Tundra (1st January to 4th March).
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
