So when ever I use my sanctuary, it sort of let's you put in random numbers for how many times you want to replenish your pet. But it's won't let you because I only have one sanctuary. So is it somehow possible to have multiple sanctuaries? I'm guessing no...

Nope, I wish we could upgrade the sanctuary. I have so many pets... But one pet per day it is.
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
