is it possible to paste images from one's computer  disc directly into forum threads (I would have some questions about battlefield, but without printscreens of battles it's impossible)? I don't see this kind of option, only inserting url - is the only way of using an image in forum, to put it online first? or am I blind an the option is there somewhere?;d

I think you'd need to upload to a site like imgur. It's what I used for my battlefield guide.
