Quests are not visible even after waiting a while and refreshing the page, this is happening in both the Firefox and Chrome browser. I dont know if this is something that happens? Maybe sometimes there just arent any quests? I just find it a little odd that I have never seen this happen before in my years playing.

It looks like you successfully completed all the quests for the day, and the new day hasn't started yet. I checked the quest logs for the recent 3 days for you, and I see quests generated for all 3 days as expected. A new set of quests appears once a day after the daily reset; this happens when you see 0:00 Game time in the right top corner.
