I made some of these, thinking they'd show me green portal locations. Is that right?

Flow Cards substitute for portal memory, which is amount of islands you visit from your home portal, and the regular memory limit is 20, with 1 regenerating every hour.
. For the green portals you need Portal Energy Cell which is crafted with Charged Sticks, made from Lightning Strke Rocs or bought from State Store.

Thanks! That's even better than I thought. It's hard finding enough granite for sticks.
