I just checked breeding offers with a male Lykos, and the breedings are available. Make sure your pets aren't busy with quests and have at least 1 energy.
Also, you should research the muscles gene as it will tell you how many breeding points you have left.

Is your stable full? Have you reseached their genes, so you know how many breedings each has, as Nightswan said?
Some of mine have only had like 13 breeding points.
