I was exploring when my screen froze. I don't know if it had something to do with my computer, or if it had something to do with the game. Can you check to see if it was the game? My brother couldn't log into his account either, but we use different computers. When my screen froze and I couldn't get back in, I asked my brother if he could log in but he couldn't.

We don't have any downtimes logged for the time of your report. Most likely the problem was on one of the intermediate points on the route from your PC to our server. When a site isn't available, you may see which node exactly is failing by using traceroute command.
