Hello, I'm new.

My pet is stuck.  The island has nothing more I can do.  When I go to the purple portal I entered in (the only one on the island), the silver portal button won't light up and touching it does not activate it. 

I'm playing on a tablet and this forum board did not recognize my screenshot as a picture. 

You have premium so the silver portal button should always be lit up.
