Yesterday we encountered a server problem which is resolved now. It prevented all game timers from working, resulting in bugs like energy not regenerating, pets stuck in quests and crafting, babies stuck at birth etc.
We're very sorry for this server hiccup. We credited 30 as compensation for all affected players.

Could you please specify when approximately you was online when the bug was active (along with your timezone)? I need to check what went wrong with your downtime compensation.

It's not the same thing. The current problem was due to a technical problem that prevented all timed tasks from working for ~18 hours. It wasn't a bug per se but a server failure.
Please report all encountered bugs to the Bugs forum board.
