So yesterday I bred some of my pets, and had done so a little bit before yesterday and I bred a double deviant baby who was supposed to grow up at 16:20 something and he hasn't. The deviants were supposed to give birth around the same time, yet it's 3 hours past and it says 'time is over' for all listed.

I'm very sorry you encountered this issue. It was a server problem which is resolved now. We credited 30 gold coins as compensation for all affected players.
