hi everyone i bought a Scheme: Charged Sticks. and went to use it and it stated that it went to my library but i cant find it ?? please help

No - the schemes for Tundra items are invisible in the crafting library while Tundra is closed.
So we have to wait for 1st January to craft.
Here's hoping we get an autumn event like last year :)
Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
