After creatig a lot in the Item Trades page, it blanked out on me and stayed that way.

I didn't want to reload the page because my browser gave me a warning that it might result in duplicated transactions.

I got the same thing when trying to create an auction for a pet. The pet is still active and not in trades.

It's fixed now. Probably has something to do with the Invalid Item ID thing other people were getting.

Yes, this error was occuring because of the recent updates upload. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that the lots was created successfully even when the resulting page was blank. Please check that you didn't create several similar auctions because of this (otherwise you can remove the lots by using buyout on your own lots or writing here lots IDs which you would like to remove from auction and we will remove them through database).
