Pets do get 1 point of energy every 60 minutes, the expected time for the next point isn't affected by the processing lags.

Energy is not being given at the proper time.

It takes 61 minutes for one point of energy to be gained when there is no delay at all. When there is a delay, it can take up to an hour and a half, which is 90 minutes, to gain a single point of energy. I took a couple screenshots to prove this:

The above was taken at 6:09, which is already five minutes late.

The above was taken at 6:15, a full eleven minutes late. Notice how the time to get the next point clearly shows that the delay affects the time that the next point of energy will be given.

I have full screenshots of the two above images if proof is required that the same creature is the one being looked at. Screenshots are not small, however, so the cropped images were what I chose to use for this thread.

Thank you for reporting!

An 11 minute delay between the two consequent points is indeed a problem. This shouldn't be happening. We're looking for the cause of this problem.

Sorry for the inconvenience!

What happened to what you said before about this issue?

We can't do anything with that while staying within the same technology stack and not rewriting the whole game from scratch. This is related to how scheduled tasks work. The server puts all scheduled tasks in a queue and processes them one by one as its performance permits.

Seems you changed your mind.

This issue has nothing to do with what you're citing. The problem is not in the delay of the actual delivery of energy points (we can't do anything with that without completely rewriting the game to a different tech stack) but with an offset that appeared between the points. Probably something is wrong on the server side. We're still trying to reproduce and track down this issue.

Update. We ran a bunch of tests. A bit of preliminary data here. The offset didn't exceed 2 minutes, and is less than a minute in the majority of cases. The biggest offset happens at ~6AM server time when the full daily backup runs. This is exactly the case you describe here. We tracked it causing an offset of ~2 minutes for the few days we ran tests, but it's possible that on some days it may grow up to several minutes. Offsets up to half an hour that you mentioned several times in other threads are impossible while the game functions normally. The biggest offset we got in tests for the whole energy bar (not a single energy point) was 8 minutes. If you see a half an hour offset, please provide as much details about it as possible.
