My explorers get to the green portal, on the Tundra, but they cannot go through to the next island because the normal gateway does not go green.
I have cleared my cache and my browsing, I have also used a different tablet and a different browser, but nothing has worked.
i am using an IPad Air, Chrome Browser , but also tried safari, and on an Amazon Fire using a silk browser

Did you create any portal cells? One is used up every time you go through the portals.

Thank you Nightswan, I am a complete idiot, I never thought to check...last time I looked I had loads and you are right....now i don't have any. Some consolation I do have a decent amount of Charged Sticks, so it won't be too long before I can resume.
