I've found that backgrounds are unable to be entered into the astrologist - I've been wanting to find a Cove background but must rely on blind luck to find it (none in trades), and wanted to use the astrologist to boost my chances. Why aren't backgrounds able to be entered into it?

I think the cove background can only be found on the battlefield, which might be why it won't show up. As for the others I have no idea
