Hey everyone I just bred two lykos together and got a pup with Normal White genes. This confused me, as neither parent has a recessive or dominant white gene.

The mother has Brown dominant, pearl recessive

The father has Brown dominan, grey recessive

Can anyone explain why this happened?

The color gene is called Pearl, but it just means white. If a pup inherits the Pearl color and Normal pattern like in this case, the pup will be Normal White.

If you look under the Help tab and click List of Skins it will show you all possible color/pattern gene combinations and what they make.
